Best wishes for a great Independence Day!

I recently met an elderly gentleman who came to this country from Hungary in the 1950’s. He spoke eloquently about how his family helped downed American pilots during World War 2 and how his father couldn’t believe that Americans would risk their lives for them. He was just a child then but decided to become an American because of his admiration for those pilots. This gentleman said that one of the greatest measures of a country is “how many people want to come here versus how many want to leave?” That speaks volumes about America!

After over 50 years of living in this country that Hungarian immigrant still speaks with pride of being an American! He has experienced life on the other end of the spectrum and he understands how blessed we are!

Best Wishes for Independence Day! Let’s take a moment to remember those who fought and died to keep us free and helped make this country what it is today!
