April 2008 Lakeville Housing Update

The following are real estate statistics for single family homes in the Lakeville School District (#194) based on my analysis of the Northstar MLS Matrix database on 04/22/2008. The school district is primarily in Lakeville but it also includes portions of various other surrounding cities and townships including Elko New Market, Credit River, Eureka, Empire, and Prior Lake in Scott Country as well as Burnsville and Farmington in Dakota County.

The Lakeville real estate market has been warming up with the nice spring weather as we enter the prime home selling season for Minnesota. In speaking with other Lakeville Realtors, most are indicating that they are seeing an increase in market activity, especially in the lower priced homes.

The following home statistics are for single family homes.
