This update is for single family homes in the Lakeville School District (ISD #194) based on the Northstar MLS Matrix database of August 19, 2008.

One new feature of the Northstar MLS Matrix database tracks the number of foreclosure/bank owned properties. The Lakeville school district currently is showing 29 active single family properties that are either in foreclosure or are short sales. Short sales are properties that the seller owes more on than it is worth. This new database feature is optional, so many properties that are short sales or foreclosures may not be entered into the system. The price range of these properties is $125,000 to $564,900.
